Jaime Awoyinka is a Senior Investigator for the Minnesota Department of Commerce on the Multi-Industry Enforcement Team. In this role, she investigates the following industries: collection agencies, individual collectors, credit service organizations, debt management services, debt settlement services, regulated lenders, industrial loan and thrift companies, and consumer small and short term lenders (payday lenders).

Jaime has been with the Minnesota Department of Commerce since September 2014. Since joining Commerce, She has been involved with the North American Collection Agency Regulatory Association. Prior to her role at the Department, she worked for 10 ½ years at an international debt collection agency in a compliance position that oversaw functions that were essential to the compliance management system for the company.
